We offer same-day dispatch for orders placed before 2 PM. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days across India. Express delivery (1-2 days) is available for select pin codes.

Yes! We offer free delivery on all orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹66 applies.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this to track your order on our website or directly on the courier's website.

Yes, we deliver to all pin codes across India. For remote areas, delivery may take 5-7 business days.

Yes, all our fragrances are 100% alcohol-free. We use pure concentrated attar oils and oud extracts, making them safe for all skin types and suitable for people of all ages.

Our concentrated attar oils are designed to last up to 24 hours on skin. The longevity depends on skin type, body chemistry, and the fragrance family. Oud-based fragrances tend to last the longest.

Yes, since our products are alcohol-free and made from natural ingredients, they are generally suitable for sensitive skin. However, we recommend doing a patch test before full application if you have known skin allergies.

Apply attar directly to pulse points — wrists, neck, behind ears, and inner elbows. A small amount goes a long way. Avoid rubbing the fragrance as this can break down the scent molecules.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us with photos of the issue.
