Roohi Perfumes ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every purchase. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted. By placing an order on roohiperfumes.com, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

 

2. RETURN WINDOW

 

We accept return requests within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of delivery. Any return request raised after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

 

3. ELIGIBLE RETURNS

 

A return request will be accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is physically damaged or broken
  • An incorrect product has been delivered (different from what was ordered)
  • A product is missing from the delivered order
  • The product packaging was tampered with or unsealed at the time of delivery

All eligible return claims must be supported with photographic or video evidence of the issue at the time of delivery or unboxing.

 

4. NON-ELIGIBLE RETURNS

 

The following conditions are strictly not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Products that have been opened, used, tested, or partially consumed
  • Dissatisfaction with the fragrance scent, intensity, or longevity
  • Allergic reactions or skin sensitivity after product use
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Products returned without original packaging, box, or accessories
  • Return requests raised after 7 calendar days from the date of delivery
  • Products purchased during promotional sales, clearance events, or special offers
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage by the customer

 

Please Note: All our perfumes and attar oils are personal care products. For hygiene and safety reasons, once a product has been opened or used — even partially — it cannot be accepted for return or resale. We strongly encourage customers to read product descriptions carefully and contact our team before purchasing if they have any questions about a fragrance.

 

5. RETURN PROCESS

 

To initiate a valid return request, please follow the steps below:

Step 2 — Provide Details Share the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photographs or video of the damaged, incorrect, or missing product
  • Photograph of the original packaging

 

Step 3 — Verification Our team will review your request within 24 business hours. If your return is approved, we will provide further instructions for returning the product.

 

Step 4 — Return Shipment Once approved, we will either arrange a pickup or guide you to ship the product back to us. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging intact.

 

Step 5 — Refund Processing Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, your refund will be processed as per the timelines mentioned in Section 6.

 

6. REFUND POLICY

 

Once a return is approved and the product has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed as follows:

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must provide their bank account details or UPI ID for processing the refund.

Please Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (damaged, wrong, or missing product).

 

7. ORDER CANCELLATION

 

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. To cancel an order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 9995849944 with your order number.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may initiate a return after delivery as per the conditions outlined in this policy.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 2–3 business days to the original payment method.

 

8. DAMAGED PRODUCTS DURING TRANSIT

 

If your order is received in a physically damaged condition due to transit or mishandling by the courier, please:

  • Take photographs or a video immediately upon receipt
  • Do not open or use the product
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at sales@roohiperfumes.com or +91 9995849944

Failure to report transit damage within 24 hours may result in the claim being rejected. We will arrange a replacement or full refund upon verification of the damage.

 

9. EXCHANGE POLICY

 

At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, we will process a full refund or send a replacement as per your preference.
