This Shipping Policy outlines all information related to order processing, dispatch timelines, delivery charges, and tracking. By placing an order on roohiperfumes.com, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
2. ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH
All orders placed on roohiperfumes.com are processed and dispatched on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email and SMS containing your tracking number and courier details.

5. SHIPPING COVERAGE
We currently ship to all deliverable pin codes across India. We use trusted and reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders, including:
● Shiprocket
● Delhivery
● Blue Dart
● DTDC
● India Post (for select remote pin codes)
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are actively working to expand our delivery network and will announce international shipping availability in the future.
6. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
● An email notification with your tracking number and courier name
● An SMS notification to your registered mobile number

Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active on the courier's system.
7. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders and pin codes across India. The following conditions apply to COD orders:
● COD is available on orders up to ₹2,000
● Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery
● COD orders may take an additional 1 business day to process before dispatch
● If a COD order is refused at the time of delivery without a valid reason, we reserve the right to restrict future COD orders from that address
8. PACKAGING
All Roohi Perfumes products are carefully packaged to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. We use:
● Bubble wrap and protective padding for fragile items
● Sealed, tamper-proof packaging
● Premium outer packaging for gift orders
If you would like gift wrapping or a personalized message card, please mention it in the order notes at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
9. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts at your provided address. If all 3 attempts are unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
In the event of a failed delivery:
● You will be notified via SMS or email after each failed attempt
● Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address or contact the courier to reschedule
● If the package is returned to us, re-shipping charges will apply for resending the order
● Refunds will not be issued for orders returned due to failed delivery caused by incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient
10. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Please ensure your delivery address, including flat/house number, street name, landmark, city, state, and pin code, is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order.
Roohi Perfumes is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by:
● Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
● Incorrect contact number
● Unavailability of the recipient at the time of delivery
If you realize you have entered an incorrect address after placing your order, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91 9995849944. We will attempt to update the address before dispatch. Once dispatched, address changes cannot be accommodated.
11. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS
Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives physically damaged due to mishandling during transit, please:
● Take clear photographs or a video of the damaged package and product immediately upon receipt
● Do not open or use the product
● Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at sales@roohiperfumes.com or +919995849944
Failure to report transit damage within 24 hours may result in the claim being rejected. Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Lost Shipment: In the rare event that your order is lost in transit, please contact us after the maximum estimated delivery window has passed. We will investigate with the courier partner and arrange a replacement or refund upon confirmation of the loss.
12. DELIVERY DELAYS
While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:
● High order volumes during festive or sale seasons
● Natural disasters, floods, or extreme weather conditions
● Government-imposed restrictions or lockdowns
● Courier partner operational delays
● Incorrect or undeliverable address
In the event of a significant delay, we will proactively notify you via email or SMS. For any concerns, please contact our support team.
13. HOLIDAY & FESTIVE SHIPPING
During major festivals and sale seasons such as Eid, Diwali, Christmas, and New Year, order volumes are significantly higher. We recommend placing your orders at least 5–7 days in advance during these periods to ensure timely delivery.
