● All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST)
● Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice
● The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time of checkout
● We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed
● Shipping charges are applied at checkout and are separate from product prices
5. ORDER PLACEMENT & ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order on our Website constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is not confirmed until you receive an official order confirmation email from us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

● Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) are dispatched the same day
● Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days across India
● Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499
● A flat shipping fee of ₹66 applies to orders below ₹499
Roohi Perfumes is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect delivery addresses, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
