We want you to love every fragrance you order. If something's not right, we'll make it right.
7-Day Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. Please contact us within this window to begin the process.

WhatsApp or email us with your order number and photos of the issue within 7 days.

Ship It Back
We'll arrange a pickup or guide you to ship the item back in original packaging.

Get Refund
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
✅ Eligible for Return
- Damaged or defective products received
- Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered)
- Product missing from the order
- Tampered or unsealed packaging upon delivery
❌ Not Eligible for Return
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed
- Returns requested after 7 days of delivery
- Products without original packaging
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale
- Change of mind or dislike of fragrance
💰 Refund Process
Once we receive your returned product and inspect it, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be transferred via bank transfer or UPI. Please provide your bank details when initiating the return.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).
