Eligible Refund Cases

  • Product received in damaged or broken condition
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product missing from order
  • Product quality significantly different from description

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of mind after receiving the product
  • Dislike of fragrance scent (please check product descriptions carefully)
  • Products opened, used, or tampered with by the customer
  • Refund requests made after 7 days of delivery
  • Products purchased during sale or clearance events

Refund Methods

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 business days
  • UPI / Wallet: 2–3 business days
  • Net Banking: 5–7 business days
  • Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days

Cancellation Refunds

If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, a full refund will be processed within 2–3 business days. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
