Eligible Refund Cases
- Product received in damaged or broken condition
- Wrong product delivered
- Product missing from order
- Product quality significantly different from description
Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after receiving the product
- Dislike of fragrance scent (please check product descriptions carefully)
- Products opened, used, or tampered with by the customer
- Refund requests made after 7 days of delivery
- Products purchased during sale or clearance events
Refund Methods
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during purchase:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 business days
- UPI / Wallet: 2–3 business days
- Net Banking: 5–7 business days
- Cash on Delivery: Bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days

Cancellation Refunds
If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, a full refund will be processed within 2–3 business days. Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted.
